What we collect

When you use an enquiry form, Prurp collects your name, company, email address, whether you have or need data, and the high-level description you provide. We also record when the request was received and a request identifier to prevent duplicate submissions.

Why we use it

We use these details to review your enquiry, respond to you and discuss potential data sourcing or licensing. We do not subscribe you to marketing by submitting the form. Your enquiry is not a licence, a referral application or an authorization to transfer data.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored privately in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare processes requests and hosts the website; our contact mailbox uses Google Workspace. Enquiries are not displayed publicly. Any disclosure of your company details to a potential buyer or partner requires a separate discussion and your approval.

Keep the first conversation high-level

Please do not submit datasets, confidential records, personal information about other people, passwords or access credentials. The form has no upload feature and does not connect to or extract information from your business systems.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiries while discussing the opportunity and for necessary follow-up. You can request deletion at any time. If a licensing project proceeds, any additional data handling and retention requirements will be agreed separately.

Your choices

To ask about your enquiry, correct your details, request deletion or withdraw permission for follow-up, email joe@prurp.com. Include the email address used for your enquiry so we can locate it.

Cookies and technical requests

The website does not add advertising trackers or a newsletter subscription. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver the site and limit abuse. The lead handler uses the request IP address for rate limiting and does not store it in the enquiry record.
